We listened to our broadcast all the way through before we saved it for marking and decided that the jingle needed adjusting. We made it longer at the begginning so that it could be heard before the recordings start to play. This is so that the audience can recognise the broadcast and show from its individual jingle.
Then we made the jingle start earlier and last a few seconds after the broadcast had ended, to show that the radio broadcast had ended. This also helped the listeners hear the jingle again and recognise the show, and that it had finished.
