Our media product was created within a studio similar to those used in real radio productions. Ours was not live and was pre-recorded and we had different presenters for different sections of the news, also similar to many professional productions.
Our stories / reports used are real but are of a light hearted nature. We have sometimes 'tweaked' the report to make it less harsh and more of an easy listen.
Our radio production follows the pattern used in stereotypical 5 minute, light hearted news slots. Our production is more aimed at a young to middle aged audience, it is chatty and informal. This way of production is maybe not so conventional but to our knowledge works well.
