In image 1, I have added the bottom banner and the price. The bottom banner is in the colour white with a yellow line over the top. I changed the colour of the writing in the bottom and top banners to ensure they don't clash and as they are not advertising the same thing within the magazine, this works well. Also similar to the top one, the bottom banner also tells the audience what's in the magazine without actually having to read it. This helps the reader as they may only read a magazine for a particular reason and by advertising this on the front, it let's them know whether this is the right magazine for what they want or not. The price is in bold and in white. This stands out from the grey background and does not mix with the XTC title as the colours are not similar, however, the colours within the background, title and price work well and I intend to stick to these colours throughout my magazine.
In image 2 I have added the picture that I intend to use for my front cover. I made it bigger so it stands out on the front of my magazine as front covers should. However, as she's wearing black, and some of the writing is in black, the colours almost clash. This makes the picture not stand out as much as it should do for a front cover.
