I then did a photo shoot in a doctor's surgery to continue with and extend my 'medical' theme. During this shoot I used props such as stethoscopes and decided upon using this as my front cover:

I set up this shot using a visual motif by repetition of circles throughout the foreground, mid ground and background. In the background there is the circular light, then in the mid ground, his large eyes and then in the foreground there is the stethoscope end. This creates a pattern and also helps to emphasise the large eyes by the use of roundness
