Broadcast Theme

After listening to various examples of radio shows especially from the BBC as we are doing a non-commercial broadcast breakfast show. Our introduction music to the broadcast is heavily stylised and based on networks such as the BBC's News networks with a definitive drum fill at the end to mark the start of the show.



We also looked at the radio theme of BBC News this is where we decided to have a very steady prominent drum beat such as in below and the introduction to the show stating the frequency and show.



However as we are doing a radio show instead, we are saying the headlines during the theme, with our definitive drum fill signaling each headline start and finish.
