Contents Page Analysis

The name of the magazine is in the top right corner of the contents page. This reminds the reader which magazine they are reading, as well as helping to develop the magazine’s identity. The title of the contents page is white in colour on a dark background. This makes the title easy to read and stand out. The letters are all on different lines which make you read it thoroughly. The main feature on the contents page is the picture of the musical artist in the middle of the page. It is eye-catching and draws the attention of the reader to the contents page. I may want to make my contents page stand out because it is a vital page and I will want people to look it. On the left of the page is a list of contents that are in the magazine. The actual information on the page is the smallest and least eye-catching thing on the page, despite it being very important. However it is readable because it is white text on a dark background.
