I then changed the colour of my main picture in the background to grey scale. This was to get more attention towards to article and the colours within the page. I believe this was the right choice and think the picture looks better on the page in black and white because you still get the powerfulness from the picture without colour. I also started to type my interview with "Socialite" up. The questions the interviewer asked are in yellow and the replies she gave are in white. I imitated the changing colours from lots of popular music magazines as many tend to do this to highlight to the reader what each section is. These were the best colours to use on the black background and were the original colours I used on the front and contents page. I also added the quote to the top of the right page "Nobody dies a virgin - Life screws us all" This quote was taken out of a reply she gave to a question. I stuck to the same colour scheme of yellow and white as this looks best and changed the size of the font to 76pt. I felt it was best to have the quote bigger than the rest of the words on the same page to get the readers attention and let them know what the article was about. I also chose to change the way the colours appeared on the quotation marks and swapped the yellow and the white colours around to highlight that this was a quote from the artist featured on the page.

I moved the quote more towards the left side of the magazine so the quote would go across both pages, this was because I wanted to add a little "Lowdown" section to the top right of the page. I started to create this using the same colours that are also featured in on this page. I also changed the colours of the "News" sign in the top left, from black and yellow, to white and yellow. This was because as the background of the square in which they're featured is dark grey, the colour black didn't show very well and I thought the readers would find it hard to read.
