Today we began to put all of our different sound clips together in some sort of basic structure so we were able to see if any parts were missing and if any parts needed re-recording or editing. We realised that one story in particular sounded scripted so we decided to go back into the studio but this time, getting rid of the script and just having a list of general points to include so that the news, as a whole, would sound more natural and proffesional. We have chosen 2 jingles in particular which we like the best however we do not feel that they fit with the style of radio show that we were aiming for so we are continuing to look for a more upbeat type of jingle so include. We have also decided that we want the name of our radio station (Pulse Radio) to be sang over the top of our main introducing jingle so once we find a jingle that we want, we are going to work out a tune and how exactly we want it to sound and find a suitable singer.
