There is a consistent colour scheme of blue, black, and white that runs throughout this double page spread. The left page consists of mainly a photograph of a band, and the right page is the article about the band, with a few pictures relating to what the article is about. The photograph of the band shows them looking straight into the camera and has eye contact with the reader. None of the text in the article overlaps the crease in the pages because this would make it difficult to read. The header, “Everybody’s talking about” makes you want to read the article because if you don’t you’ll be left out and can’t join in when your friends talk about that band. From this, i know that the headlines that I use will have to be eye catching and make the reader want to read the full story.
